The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.

Great hotel! Really enjoyed the Decor and History of the place! great distance from all tourist attractions! Room fully updated with old school modern touches that are great for Photos! Great Place for couples to stay for a weekend getaway

This was my very first time staying at the hotel indigo, an it was awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖, the young lady that checked us in, was very friendly, nice down to earth 🌎, the appearance of the hotel was very good, their housekeeping staff does an excellent job in keeping this hotel 🏨 up to date. The extra plus was the restaurant that was in the hotel, I'm talking food cooked made to your asking we didn't have wait long for our food, and it was served hot and it was delicious 😋... once again I would love to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the hotel indigo, for making my wife and I stay the best,,, hope to see you again soon Jimmy Peden 🤗🖐❤️💞

It was near Fedex Forum which was the main reason for our trip to Memphis. The vibe and music was great. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming.

breakfast was good,first day everything was good. seconde day everthing went wrong confusion,cold food,bad staffing problems,poor management overall, no one really cared everyone was pissed or somthing. I would have taken another option and would have done so the next day.

The grab and go breakfast was packaged muffins and a Dole fruit cup. With all the great biscuit joints around, I never ate the gran and go. I liked that they offered this, in case you have an early flight. I also liked that they had parking, but wished it was a little cheaper or included. And I appreciated that we could come and go and not have to pay multiple times for parking. The staff at the front desk were very nice. They gave me a very warm welcome. And I felt like the hotel was very safe.
