Hotel Indigo - Memphis Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.

This was my very first time staying at the hotel indigo, an it was awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖, the young lady that checked us in, was very friendly, nice down to earth 🌎, the appearance of the hotel was very good, their housekeeping staff does an excellent job in keeping this hotel 🏨 up to date. The extra plus was the restaurant that was in the hotel, I'm talking food cooked made to your asking we didn't have wait long for our food, and it was served hot and it was delicious 😋... once again I would love to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the hotel indigo, for making my wife and I stay the best,,, hope to see you again soon Jimmy Peden 🤗🖐❤️💞

It was near Fedex Forum which was the main reason for our trip to Memphis. The vibe and music was great. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming.

breakfast was good,first day everything was good. seconde day everthing went wrong confusion,cold food,bad staffing problems,poor management overall, no one really cared everyone was pissed or somthing. I would have taken another option and would have done so the next day.

Clean modern spacious close to downtown restaurants and other businesses. .
